Dr. Rajendra D. Badgaiyan, is Professor of Psychiatry at University of Texas Health San Antonio. After completing psychiatry residency training at Harvard Medical School, Dr Badgaiyan joined the faculty ofHarvard Medical School, State University of New York at Buffalo, and University of Minnesota.He also served as the Professor of Psychiatry and Chairman of the Department atthe hospital affiliated to Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York; Chief of Psychiatry at South Texas Healthcare System at San Antonio, TX and Chairman of Psychiatry department at Case Western Reserve University Cleveland. Dr Badgaiyan developed anovel Neurotransmitter Imaging technique for detection, mapping, and quantification of neurotransmitters released in the live human brain during performance of mental activities. Using this technique, he studies dopaminergic control of conscious and nonconsciouscognition and behavior and understanding neuropathology of psychiatric conditions. He received several prizes and awards for research including the prestigious Solomon Prize of Harvard Medical School and BK Anand National Research Prize in India. His research is funded by National Institutes of Health, Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Dana Foundation and other agencies. Dr Badgaiyan has published over 300 research papers and book chapters. He authored a book titled ‘Neuroscience of the Nonconscious Mind’ (Elsevier/Academic Press).

Dr. Khue Vu Nguyen (born in Ha Noi, Viet Nam) is currently Visiting Professor in the School of Medical Imaging, Jiangsu Vocational College of Medicine, Yancheng 224005 Jiangsu, China, and collaborating for research work with the Centre for Molecular Biophysics from Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, CNRS, at Orleans, 45071 Orleans, France. He was Full Project Scientist in the Departments of Medicine and Pediatrics, University of California, San Diego, School of Medicine, San Diego, California 92103, U.S.A. He has worked as Scientist in different French and U.S. Research Institutions and Companies. He has studied at University Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg, France: B.S. in Biochemistry; M.S. in Molecular Biology; Ph.D. in Macromolecular Physical Chemistry; Ph.D. in Physical Sciences (Doctorat d’Etat es Sciences Physiques). He is author and co-author of numerous publications and holder of many patents. Dr. Michel Bourin, a distinguished medical professional, embarked on his academic journey at the University of Tours, where he earned his degrees in Medicine and Pharmaceutical Sciences in 1979 and 1970, respectively. His passion for pharmacology led him to pursue specialized degrees in Neuropsychopharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology, and General Pharmacology at the University of Paris from 1977 to 1978. Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Michel Bourin has held various prestigious positions, including Psychiatrist certified by the National Committee of the French Medical Board in 1997. Presently, he serves as a dedicated Psychiatrist at a center for mentally handicapped adults in Montredon, near Narbonne. His commitment to education and academia has seen him as a Visiting Professor at the University of Craiova in Romania and as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Edmonton in Alberta. Dr. Michel Bourin has made significant contributions to the field of psychopharmacology and psychiatry, with over 400 original papers and more than 200 educational and review papers published in both French and English. His expertise extends to authorship of 21 books in French, reflecting his deep understanding and commitment to advancing knowledge in his field. With a career spanning decades, Dr. Michel Bourin has held esteemed positions such as Professor of Pharmacology at the University of Nantes from 1985 to 2012 and Psychiatrist at the Nantes academic hospital from 1997 to 2009. He has also served as the Head of Research in Neurobiology of Anxiety and Depression at the University of Nantes from 1988 to 2009. Dr. Michel Bourin's remarkable contributions have been recognized internationally, earning him the title of Doctor Honoris Causa from esteemed institutions such as the University of Tartu in Estonia and the University of Craiova in Romania. He has also played pivotal roles in organizations such as the World Health Organization as an expert on drug dependence from 2000 to 2016 and as the Scientific Secretary of the Athens Congress of the World Federation of Societies of Biological Psychiatry in 2015. Additionally, he served as the Treasurer of the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology from 1995 to 2002, demonstrating his leadership and commitment to advancing the field on a global scale.

Raffaele Pilla, Pharm.D., Ph.D., Doctor Europaeus, received his Master’s degree in Pharmacy at G. d’Annunzio University in Chieti-Pescara, Italy in 2005, where he also served internships at the Cell Physiology Laboratory and Molecular Biology Laboratory. Prior to his degree, he was an Erasmus Student at Faculté de Pharmacie de Reims in Reims, France. He received his Doctor Europaeus in 2010 from Pitié-Salpétrière Institute in Paris, France. Also in 2010, he received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Physiology, and Pathology of Muscle at G. d’Annunzio University in Chieti-Pescara, Italy. He was hired as a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Pharmacology and Physiology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, on two research grants respectively funded by the Office of Naval Research (US Navy) and Divers’ Alert Network. He has written and lectured widely on his experiences. Dr. Pilla has been involved in ongoing research at the University of South Florida with the use of ketone esters. The initial work, funded by the Office of Naval Research, focused on using ketone esters to prevent CNS oxygen toxicity. Dr. Pilla is working to coordinate efforts in the United States and Italy to expand the ketone ester research to other conditions such as epilepsy and cancer and its use as an alternative metabolic fuel. Dr. Pilla has also served extensively in various international medical missions, orphan and homeless programs, emergency medicine rescue and training, and animal rescue and fostering. He is fluent in Italian, English, French, and Spanish. He has a special interest in journalism and photography, and he enjoys sailing, SCUBA diving, ultralight airplane piloting, soccer, volleyball, jogging, and motorcycles.

José L. Lanciego’s current research focuses on gene therapy approaches for neurodegenerative diseases using non-human primate models. He is the Chair of the International Brain Research Organization Pan-European Committee, a Board Member of the European Brain Council and the International Basal Ganglia Society Council. He has published 135 papers with an h index of 49. In September 2019, he has co-founded Handl Therapeutics B.V. for pushing forward the development of novel therapies for Parkinson’s disease.

Dr. Jason Xiaotian Dou is the Founder of Marbella Education. The mission of Marbella Education is to bridge the AI literacy gap by providing accessible, comprehensive, and engaging educational resources. Dr. Dou has been a Postdoc Research Fellow in AI at Harvard. Dr. Srdjan Ljubisavljevic is a Professor at the Department for Neurology in the University Clinical Center of Nis, Serbia, and holding a concurrent position at the Faculty of Medicine in Nis. Dr. Mahajan completed his masters in General Surgery from Marathwada University, Maharashtra and went on to pursue Diploma in Urology at the University of Vienna, Austria. In a career changing move, after three decades of being a successful general and uro-surgeon, he started his brainchild - StemRx Bioscience Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2011. This was to focus on in-depth research in the field of Regenerative Medicine and Cell Based Therapy which he believes is the solution to address the limitations of conventional therapeutic modalities. To this effect, he underwent and continues to undergo intensive training in the United States. He has devised personalized treatment protocols in cell-based therapy for more than 75 health conditions. Dr. Mahajan has published 16 research articles in international and national journals. He has a patent for Avascular Necrosis and is on the board for reviewing scholarly articles for various international journals. Dr. Mahajan has received many international awards for his pioneering research work in regenerative medicine.

Kaouther Selmi PhD, an engineering (Ing.) degree, and who is a lecturer at the University of Monastir: Member of Laboratory of Electronics and Microelectronics, Faculty of Science- university of Monastir- Tunisia, IEEE Student Member. In addition, she was a reviewer of technical articles. Her research interests include neural networks, chaos and complex systems.

Isabel completed her undergraduate at the University of Sussex in Medical Neuroscience. During her studies, she was an intern in the consciousness lab and through that got offered her scholarship for her PhD. She passed her viva with no corrections with the thesis titled "From time to time: an investigation of Temporal Consciousness and its neurophysiological mechanisms". After completing her PhD, she started working at Bayezian where she was involved in a myriad of projects from Computer vision to aid academic experiments to neural decoding for brain machine interfaces. She has founded the Neuroscience and AI centre of Excellence at her company and now oversees Neuroscience projects scoping neuro-habilitation and neurodisability.
